SOLAR SOLUTIONS

For decades, we have known that the most cost-effective and quickest path to our country's energy independence is through the installation of distributed power plants -- local onsite electricity production.

Benefits of distributed power production:

As the owner of the solar solution, you can become energy independent from the grid and utility, mitigating the worry and risk from power outages.

     - It minimizes the need for a utility to build, operate and maintain new and existing peaker plants or regional power plants needed to service the area's growing energy needs, which the ratepayers eventually pay for.

The best solution for any homeowner or business is to hire us to design and install a Solar PV (photovoltaic) solution. We know existing systems can last over 40 years and still produce over 75% of the original production. The simple system payback can be as fast as three years and typically less than seven years with an IRR exceeding 10%!

Our systems are guaranteed to increase the value of your property or building. It has been shown that your property is more financially attractive with a renewable energy solution integrated into its design.

Our Solar PV solutions utilize the most current tier 1 solar panel manufacturers. They offer a minimum of a 25-year manufacturer warranty and a performance guarantee that their panels will produce electricity at least 80% of their power output rating at the end of 25 years and are certified to meet IEC/UL61730-1 -2.  Supplying systems that meet these criteria will make it easier for you or your company to qualify for the available incentives and/or financing and receive less expensive insurance where required.

We provide custom system production reports at both STC (standard test conditions), typically inaccurately used to compare supplier’s offerings, and at NOCT (nominal operating cell temperature)

conditions that more accurately reflects the real-world

performance of the selected solar arrays.

You will be able to use these two performance reports to compare the best solar solution proposals, which will help you determine which system has the best life cycle value offering the highest ROI and IRR.

We design the Solar PV system selecting one of three different inverter architectures:  micro-inverters, power optimizers, and/or string inverters, all meeting the NEC 2017 code.  We choose the best system based on your application providing the highest conversion efficiency and warranty, minimizing your O&M (operation and maintenance) costs.

Newer system options include Hybrid inverters, which offer battery charging, EV charging, and some offer V2G/V2H (vehicle to grid/vehicle to home) bidirectional battery operations.  We can provide customized software to interconnect the system to your onsite micro-grid or backup generation system.

We offer roof-mounted (ballasted & rack), ground-mounted (ballasted, pole and frame), and canopy mounted solar solutions for parking lots and garages with or without single or dual-axis tracking, which

can increase energy production up to 35%.  We can arrange for roof replacement when needed. When using solar roofing material, the roofing section under the solar arrays may also qualify for the time-sensitive federal investment tax credit, further

improving ROI/IRR and the system life cycle.

There are many variables to design a solar PV system for each application based on your goals and site conditions.  Let us apply our experience to quickly assist you in determining what type of solution would be most economical for you.  We can review your financial needs with you and ask our financing arms to consider a lease or PPA (power purchase agreement)

which requires no CAPX.

We are looking forward to hearing from you to start your path towards energy independence and a lower carbon future.  We will be glad to send you our site survey and review it with you

via a video call or on-site meeting.
