and been awarded military airworthiness approval and expect
commercial flights in the 2023-2024 time frame.

Volocoptor in Germany has received approval from EASA and is taking reservations for flights in 2024. The Chinese company Ehang has support for its design as air ambulances in Europe and should be approved for commercial flights in China in 2022.

These companies are poised to explode as the EV car industry pushes for safer and lighter Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries and when solid-state batteries become economically available.
